1. All deposits are acknowledged and all bookings confirmed.
Deposits etc. are to be made payable to Hillview Accommodation.

2. Hirer is responsible for any damages or breakage's to accommodation or Equipment.

3. The proprietors will NOT be held responsible for any accidents, loss or damage which may be sustained by the Hirer or others.

4. Deposit will be forfeited unless 31 days notice of cancellation is given.

5. Good care deposit Refundable PENDING INSPECTION of accommodation on departure.

6. Full payment must be made ON arrival.

7. Check-in time 2:30 p.m. or by arrangement.

8. Accommodation must be vacated by 11.00 am. on day of departure.

9. Bed Linen supplied. Kitchen Tea Towels supplied.

10. Please bring own towels — Or Hire For a Fee.

12. Electricity operates on a £1 coin meter
