(PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BOOKING)

1. All deposits are acknowledged and all bookings confirmed.
Please make payments to 'Hillview Accommodation'
Deposits etc. are to be made payable to Hillview Accommodation.

2. Good care deposit is refundable 7 days after date of departure pending full
inspection of accommodation (credit card details preferrable). Any damages or
breakages shoul db reported on departure.

3. Deposits will be forfeited unless 31 days notice of cancellation is given.

4. Full payment must be made on arrival.

5. Hirer is responsible for any damages or breakages to accommodation or equipment.

6. The proprietors will NOT be held responsible for any accidents, loss or damage
which may be sustained by the Hirer or others.

7. Check-in time is 2:30pm or by arrangement

8. Check-out time is 10:30am or by arrangement

9. Bed Linen supplied. Kitchen Tea Towels supplied.

10. Towels can be supplied at a fee.

11. Electricity operates on a £1 coin meter

12. Central heating supplied.

13. Sorry no pets allowed.
